This show held at the height of the season, aims to bring together the world's best producers of Beer, Wine and Spirits. With the participation of Importers, Wholesalers, Distributors and Retailers that comprise the fabled Three-Tier Distribution system of alcoholic beverages in the United States, together with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable crowd of consumers, the event caters to both markets in a very exciting brand oriented environment.
With an extensive array of wines and spirits from around the world, and South Florida's finest culinary delights; Miami Wine & Spirits Expo creates an experience like no other for visitors. Businesses are given the opportunity to showcase their brands; contact importers, distributors, retailers, and present their products directly to the public in a true Expo setting and not simply a fair or festival environment

The Winter Festival is a unique opportunity to sample some of the best beers in the world, all brewed in Michigan. There will be more more than 50 Michigan craft breweries and 300 different beers available to sample. The event is open from 1:00-6:00pm. Enthusiast Members of the Michigan Brewers Guild will be allowed to enter the Festival an hour early at Noon. The Festival will take place in the outfield parking lot at the ballpark and breweries will be located within several large tents. The tents, combined with body heat will help take the edge off the temperature, but please recognize that the Festival is an outdoor event and dress accordingly. Hats, mittens, boots and long-johns are recommended to keep you warm. We are planning to have warming fires again, but only if the weather cooperates with low wind conditions. It would be helpful if everyone could hoist a Michigan beer and do a fair weather dance.
15 drink tokens are included with a ticket and each token is good for one 3 ounce beer sample. Additional tokens are available for purchase inside the Festival for 50 cents each. Local West Michigan bands will be the featured live entertainment. Food will be available for purchase. Festival attendees must be 21 years of age or older and have ID to enter. Designated Drivers are encouraged and DD tickets will be available for $5 each.

Preparations are well underway for the 7th World's Original Marmalade Awards to be held at Dalemain Mansion on 25th & 26th February 2012. The jars are being sterilised and the oranges sliced for what is set to be the best Festival yet. Paddington Bear is once again sponsoring the Family Affair category which is all about families, groups of friends and children getting together to make marmalade!
The Festival will include workshops from famous foodies Ivan Day and Dan Lepard. There will also be a Marmalade Concert, a Marmalade Church Service and an array of activities with a citrus twist. Past Artisan winner Perthshire Preserves said they ‘would suggest Dalemain Mansion 2012 is a fun day out for all Marmalade lovers including Paddington!'
The International Category of the Awards looks set to be an exciting competition as we already have our first entry from South Africa! We accept smaller jars from abroad and you can donate to your local hospice if you would prefer.
There are also two new categories this year, Heritage Marmalade and Novice Marmalade.
