Rome - Andrea Berton, awarded two stars by Michelin guide, executive chef of Trussardi Alla Scala Restaurant, is the new testimonial of British meat, represented in Italy by Eblex (the new Beef and Lamb Sector Company for England). The British company, very active in promoting its products in Italy, has decided to define more explicitly the quality of its meat and for this reason has gotten the image and creativity of the chef from Friuli.

The Italian chef, born in 1970, has worked in some of the most important restaurants of the world before he started working with Trussardi, whose restaurant, with his talent, in just two years, has won two Michelin stars. As a testimonial of Eblex, Berton has already attended the buffet held at Villa Wolkonsky last April 27 during his visit to Italy of the Prince of Wales, he brought some lunch and before His Royal Highness gave a brief cooking demonstration.
