Sapore is a new event launched to represent in an in-depth modern and practical form all the beverage, food and seafood for the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, creating an absolutely unique appointment. Starting from the experience of six different expos (MIA, Frigus, Oro Giallo, MSE, DiVino Lounge and Pianeta Birra Beverage & Co), it redistributes companies´ proposals according to two consumption channels: bars and food service/catering.
Eating and drinking out have new rites and times, as well as changing consumption methods. Just when a survey has monitored what exists, something new and often irrepressible appears.
