
INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
400 Grams frozen Beans
100 Grams Tomato sauce
100 Grams Bacon
1 Cauliflower
1 Onion
2 Cloves garlic
Bread slices
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
Boil the beans for about 60 minutes and salt at half cooking.
Gild the bacon, the onion, the garlic, all minced, in a pan with olive oil.
Add the clean cabbage, cut into small dices, salt and pepper.
At half cooking, add the tomato and continue cooking.
Add cabbage and leave over the heat for few minutes.
Pour the soup on the toasted bread and serve it sprinkling with grated Parmesan.
