
INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
400 Grams Bigoli Pasta
100 Grams big Sardines
2 Onions
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pepper
Salt
Peel the onions, cut them finely and put in a skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil and cook until lightly brown.
Stir with a wooden spoon and add some tablespoons of water, so that don't become dark.
Clean and salt off sardines, without washing and add them in the skillet.
Stir and make them flavour with a ground of pepper on low heat.
In the meantime put Bigoli pasta into boiling water and slightly salt them.
Cook, drain, set in a course dish and season with the sauce mixing well.
