
Ingredients - serving 4
25 centiliters or 1 cup Milk
60 gr. Butter
60 gr. Flour
4 Eggs
10 gr. Cocoa
Boil the milk with sugar and cocoa.
Melt butter, add the flour and whisk then add egg yolks. When pudding will be cold add the whipped egg whites.
Fill the buttered bowl with the pudding and cook in oven, medium temperature
When a light crust will be formed, remove from oven.
Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve
