
INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
400 gr Potato gnocchi
100 gr Mascarpone
50 gr Sweet Gorgonzola cheese (Itaian blue cheese)
200 gr Whipped cream
50 gr Walnut
50 gr Butter
50 Gr. Parmesan cheese
Nutmeg
Salt and Pepper
Potato gnocchi - Gnocchi di patate
In a bowl, add minced walnuts to mascarpone (hold aside some whole kernel), salt, pepper, nutmeg, stir all with a wooden spoon for 1 minute.
Melt in a large frying pan: butter, whipped cream, gorgonzola cheese cut into small pieces and grated Parmesan cheese with a pinch of salt.
Put gnocchi into boilng salted water and drain them when they're floating up, pour in the frying pan, add mascarpone cheese with walnuts and mix.
