2 Medium Fennel
6 Celery stalks
1 Buffalo Mozzarella
½ Tbsp grated Lemon Zest
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
6 Tbsp good-quality fruity Extra-Virgin Oive Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt
Clean the fennel discarding its stalks and halve it lengthwise, thinly slice it crosswise about 1/4 inch thick.
Remove celery leaves and discard then, slice thinly the stalks
Arrange on a servinfg plate the mozzarella and add celery and fennel.
In a bowl, whisk together zest, juice, oil, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Ddrizzle the dip over salad.
