
Ingredients - serving 4
750 gr. Apples
250 gr. Strawberries
120 gr. Raspberries
700 gr. Fresh Whipped cream
150 gr. Maraschino
100 ml. White Wine
100 ml. Water
5 or 6 Tbs Sugar
24 Savoiardi (Ladyfinger cookies)
1 Knob butter
½ Lemon
1 Little Glass of Grand Marnier liqueur
Peel the apples, remove the core, cut and cook them with the wine, 100 ml water, one tablespoon and a half of sugar, until they will be soft and not too much dry.
On medium heat, caramelize 5 tablespoons of sugar, mixing frequently with half lemon threaded on a fork.
Add a knob of butter and, when it will be melted, flambe with Grand Marnier liqueur.
As soon as it will be evaporated, put in caramel, apples with their cooking syrup, raspberries and strawberries.
Cook all for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
Whip the cream with Maraschino, to get a creamy mixture.
Put around the edges of a cup a dozen savoiardi, then fill with layers of fruit, other savoiardi and whipped cream,
garnish with fresh fruit.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
