
INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
800 Gr. Red shrimps
200 Gr. Fresh red tomatoes
2 Cloves garlic
1 Hot pepper
1 Onion
1 Cup dry white wine
Fresh coriander
Basil
Curry
Ginger
Heat some olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic and hot
pepper.
Remove garlic and hot pepper from the pan, add the unshelled
shrimps and cook over high heat.
When roasted, pour in the wine and let it evaporate.
Fold in the tomatoes and season to taste with salt, add
spoonful of curry, one of grated ginger and little finely
chopped onion.
Cook over high heat for about 3/4 minutes.
Sprinkle 7-8 chopped coriander leaves, some basil, season
with salt and serve immediately.
