
INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
300 Gr, Rice
1 Onion
3 Glasses Barbera wine
30 Gr. Butter
1 Litre vegetable Stock
Parmesan cheese
Olive Oil
Sage
Salt
In a frying pan, over low heat, put the butter, oil, sage and chopped onion.
Add the rice and toast it for a few minutes stirring and slowly add the Barbera wine.
Salt and slowly add the stock, simmer for 20 minutes.
When the rice is cooked add the grated Parmesan and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
