
INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
350 Gr. Rice
250 Gr. Sausage
40 Gr. Butter
1 Glass Red Wine
4 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 Onion
Broth
Into a saucepan heat the butter, add the minced onion and the skinned crumbled sausage.
When they are browned, add the rice.
Stir, wet with a glass of wine and let it reduce.
Continue cooking as for a normal risotto adding, ladle by ladle, the warm broth.
When rice is cooked, remove the pan from the heat, add 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan, some knobs of butter, sauté fro a couple of minutes and serve.
