INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
sausage: 1 lb
rendered pork fat/lard
broccoli: 1 lb 12 oz
garlic: 1 clove
hot red chilli pepper
Sauté the crushed clove of garlic, a small piece of red pepper, the lard in an earthenware pan, and then add the sausages.
Add the cleaned and washed broccoli, cover and cook slowly.
If necessary, during the cooking time, add a little of broth, stirring frequently.
Remove the red pepper and serve.
