
INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
350 Gr. Rice
500 Gr, Shrimp (Scampi)
50 Gr. Butter
1 Glass White Wine
1 Onion
Vegetables Broth
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Mince the onion and brown it in a pan with butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
After 10 minutes of slow cooking, add the white wine, rice and make it toast well.
Pour the vegetables broth and continue cooking.
Seven or eight minutes before rice is cooked, add the shrimps and finish the cooking
Stir at the end with little milk
Let it rest for two minutes and serve.
