
Ingredients for 4 persons
250 ml milk
300 grams strawberries
200 grams sugar
4 egg yolks
2 sheets gelatin
300 ml fresh cream
1 little branch of mint
Wash the strawberries (maintaining at least 4 of them with the leaves) dry gently and mix. Bring milk to boil in a pot.
Amalgamate the yolks with the sugar in a bowl until became a soft and frothy cream. In the meanwhile put the gelatin in a cold water.
Pour the hot milk in the cream and amalgamate until become smooth and homogeneous. When the gelatin wil be soft, wring out the water, add it in the cream and stir until is completely dissolved.
Whip the fresh cream, add it in the cream that you left to cool and add the mashed strawberries, pour into 4 moulds and put it in refrigerator to cool for 2-3 hours.
Remove the Bavarian from the shapes and garnish with strawberries and mint.
