350 Gr. Tortellini
200 Gr. Gorgonzola cheese (Italian blue cheese)
80 Gr. Mascarpone cheese
100 Ml. Cream
50 gr. Butter
1 Little glass of Vodka

Remove gorgonzola rind and dice it. Put into a food processor, pulse to start and pour in mascarpone cheese and butter, both at room temperature. Season with salt and pepper, add the cream, the vodka and mix
Cook tortellini, drain and transfer them into a bowl with the creamy sauce, stir and serve
This sauce is perfect to season all types of pasta so you can substitute tortellini with penne or maccheroni
