Norcia Black Truffle in jar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fried Eggs with Black Truffle (Uova con Tartufo Nero di Norcia)
Pour the olive oil into a frying pan
Crack the eggs right to the pan, season with salt
With a spoon dip some olive oil over the top of the eggs and cook slowly until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard, approximately 5 minutes
Transfer the eggs to a serving plate and garnish with Black Truffle slices.
