400 gr (14.10 oz) Spaghetti
100 gr (3.52 oz) Tuna Botargo
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Fresh Chilli Pepper
Chopped Parsley
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Spaghetti with Bottarga (Spaghetti con la bottarga)
Use a sharp knife to chop garlic and pepper.
Plunge spaghetti into boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes
Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium heat, pour in abundant olive oil put chopped garlic and pepper into the pan then add botargo, chopped parsley and when the garlic is golden brown add 1 ladle of pasta cooking water and let it cook for 2 minutes
Reheat the flame under the sauce, drain the pasta al dente (cooked firmly) and continue to cook until your spaghetti is perfectly cooked then transfer to a serving dish, top with a sprig of parsley and serve
