Spaghettti Cheese and Pepper (Spaghetti cacio e pepe)


INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
400 Gr. Spaghetti
80 Gr Grated Pecorino Cheese
Black pepper
Salt



This is a typical Roman dish, you can use dried (spaghetti) or egg pasta (Tonnarelli)

Bring the water to boil and add salt.
Cook the spaghetti until "al dente".
Place the grated cheese in a large salad bowl
Drain the pasta keeping it al little watery and pour immediately in the bowl.
Stir to melt the cheese and grind black pepper on top.
Serve immediately in hot plates.
