Exclusively for Parizza, a survey of the pizza sector in France was carried out by CHD Expert in December 2010 based on a panel of 187 pizzerias and Italian restaurants. Objective: To assess the state of pizzerias in the past year and evaluate the prospects for 2011: This survey was repeated in February and June 2011. A final wave has been scheduled for January 2012 and the results will be announced at the show
