Pizza & Pasta Expo 2012

Pizza & Pasta Expo is Europe's leading gathering for pizza and Italian catering professionals.
This mixture of sorts is giving rise to new concepts such as "Italian cafés", "restaurants/delicatessens", "new-look trattorias", where the pizza is combined with an offer of pasta, antipasti, panini, bruschettas, ice cream, wines and coffees.
Organised in partnership with the professional assiociations, the Pizza & Pasta Expo will enjoy the support of an international advertising campaign aimed at buyers in the out-of-house catering sector, specialised shops and supermarket/hypermarket chains in France and Europe.
